Community Positions:
There are times where communities are looking for leaders on a corporate, community or sales basis. RD is happy to help introduce you to positions that may be a good fit for you and the community. RD is consistently assembling sales, marketing and leadership teams for our clients across the country, and we are always excited to hear about talented people looking for opportunities for growth.
Sales Specialist:
These rare and talented individuals are experienced salespeople who know the senior living vocabulary and sales processes. They are usually people who are free to travel extensively, though at times there are opportunities in a local market. If you want to travel and explore the world and work within the senior living industry, this career might be right for you. If you want to accelerate your career path and learn and advance quickly, the sales specialist role is a wonderful path to consider. These roles often involve working on site as a specialist to create sales results, to reach and exceed goals often related to financing or bond covenants.
Consultant:
RD’s consultants average 20 years of strategy, sales and marketing experience. Often these professionals have worked with several organizations in roles of increasing leadership and responsibilities through their career. In addition to their experience and informed perspective, the RD consultant is also passionate about teaching and leading through direct involvement with the sales process. Many of the consultants who make up RD found the firm fulfilled their desire to focus intently on a small group of clients and to be involved on a tactical and strategic level. RD consultants travel a great deal of each week and are known for their hard work and objectivity.
