Time and tide wait for no one. It seems as though time moves ever more quickly as the years pass. While many lament the passage of life's chapters, the history of who we are and what we've done is recorded on each page.

As we head into this New Year it seems only fitting that we discuss one great quality that comes with the passage of time. A quality that is prized in the Senior Living industry in which we work and flaunted proudly by the Seniors we serve. It is a quality known as experience and it can only be achieved through longevity. It seems like only yesterday that Retirement DYNAMICS was a startup with a mission, a vision and a handful of clients willing to take a chance with us.

RD's team has worked in the CCRC industry since 1983. RD's consultants have over 200 combined years' of experience advising retirement communities, sponsors, developers, financiers, advisors and most importantly prospective residents as to their choices. Our staff has worked with over 150 CCRC's in 26 states. At RD our team of advisors averages roughly 20 years of sales and marketing experience. This rich experience enables a thorough knowledge of client expectations and high standards of quality.

2009 has been a challenging year but the worst is behind us. Today we are looking to the future with optimism. There is a renewed enthusiasm among our industry colleagues and clients alike and it looks as though there are some exciting plans in the pipeline for 2010. As for 2009, we have gained some new team mates, new clients, new friends, and of course, new experience.
